A School WorthWaiting For
Peridot Montessori is currently at full capacity because our classrooms stay intentionally small. That is part of how children receive calm, personal guidance.
The waitlist helps us plan future openings responsibly and contact families when the right program, age group, and timing may fit.
Submitting the form starts the admissions conversation. The school office reviews your inquiry, contacts your family personally, and discusses availability, timing, and next steps. If appropriate, the admissions team will explain how the waitlist process works.

Waitlist Confirmation
The waitlist exists because classrooms are intentionally limited. It helps us match future openings with the right age group, program, and start timing without overfilling a classroom.
Submitting the form starts the admissions conversation. After reviewing your inquiry, the school office contacts your family personally to discuss availability, timing, and next steps. If appropriate, the admissions team will explain how the waitlist process works.
The current waitlist/application fee is $200. It supports the administrative time needed to review applications, communicate with families, and maintain an active waitlist for future openings. The admissions office discusses the fee before payment is requested.
Twenty Minutes in Our ClassroomAnswers Every Question
Classroom tours may be offered for families interested in future openings. Children work, guides observe, and the room stays calm.
Tour availability depends on classroom capacity and scheduling. You can ask about programs, tuition, funding, waitlist timing, and common questions.
The school office will explain current waitlist confirmation details. The current waitlist/application fee is $200 and supports application review, family communication, and waitlist administration. The admissions office discusses the fee before payment is requested.

What to Expect at Each Step
Five clear steps. Each one helps us understand your family, protect the classroom experience, and plan future openings thoughtfully.
Submit a Waitlist Inquiry
Share your child's age, program interest, preferred timing, and the questions you want answered first.
This starts the admissions conversation and helps us understand what opening would fit your child.
Receive Office Follow-Up
After reviewing your inquiry, the school office explains current availability, timing, and waitlist confirmation steps.
A waitlist helps us plan responsibly because Montessori classrooms stay intentionally small.
Conversation or Tour Timing
When appropriate, talk with the School Director or program guide and ask about your child's transition.
Tours and conversations are scheduled around classroom capacity and future openings.
Age-Appropriate Visit
Some applicants may be invited for an age-appropriate visit; elementary applicants may spend time in the classroom.
Not every child needs the same visit step; the office will explain what applies to your family.
Future Enrollment & CHOOSE Act Funding
When a space is offered, we guide enrollment paperwork, records, and any CHOOSE Act funding questions.
Until a space is offered, the waitlist keeps your family in the admissions pipeline for future openings.
Montessori May Be MoreAffordable Than You Think
Alabama CHOOSE Act ESA funding may provide eligible families up to $7,000 per eligible child each year. Funds may apply to Kindergarten or Elementary tuition.
This is not a loan. Ask us about eligibility during your inquiry.
